She is the communications director of the Bendukidze Free Market Center. Previously she was a development manager in several organizations. Nataliya graduated from the National University of «Kyiv-Mohyla Academy» and is a postgraduate researcher at the Kuras Institute of Political and Ethnic Studies. Melnyk conducted research on the issues of national sovereignty in the globalized world and political identification in Ukrainian society.
