She worked with Dick Cornuelle from 200 – 2011 as program director for The Project for New Philanthropy Studies. Lenore was the founding editor of the annual journal Conversations on Philantropy. She is a trustee and president of The Philadelphia Society and a founding director of The Epidemic of Health. Ealy served as founding chairman of Project K.I.D., Inc., a public charity established in 2005 to provide disaster child care services in the wake of Hurricane Katrina.
