Marc Miles
Mark Miles is the Director of the Heritage Foundation’s Center for International Trade and Economics (CITE) and coeditor of the center’s annual Index of Economic Freedom. He has a degree in economics from the London School of Economics and a doctoral degree from the University of Chicago. He has also taught courses at Rutgers and Brandeis universities and has served as an economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. He has written three books and several articles that have appeared in the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal.
