Richard Stroup
Richard Stroup is Senior Fellow at PERC and is professor of Economics at Montana State University, as well as head of the Department of Agricultural Economics and Economics. He writes and speaks on topics about economy and environmental issues. He is the author of Eco-Nomics: What Everyone Should Know About Economics and the Environment, book that received the 2004 Sir Anthony Fisher Memorial Award. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Washington.
