Roberto Salinas León
Director of Atlas Network, Latin America
He is an expert in economic development, exchange and monetary policy, international trade, and property rights. He is an associate researcher at the Cato Institute in Washington D. C.; director of economic analysis at The Economist Conferences in Latin America and president of Mexico Business Forum. Salinas holds a B. A. in Political Economy, History, and Philosophy from Hillsdale College; he also holds an M. A. and Ph. D. in Philosophy from Purdue University.
