Alberto Mingardi, director of the Institute Bruno Leoni points out the new populist movements that have arisen in America and Europe that keeps him awake at night, moreover he reinstates that the majority of universities in the world have positive statist and interventionist views. Nonetheless for a few years there was a resonation in the libertarian view in the general populace. Alberto illustrates that the discussion is now in favor of leftist views that put in jeopardy the advances of freedom and its provision of major wealth for more citizens of a democratic country.
