About this video

Gary Hoover discusses how to develop and broaden a person's entrepreneurial skills through guidance and practice. Although Hoover agrees that many people have a diverse set of business ideas, some of these ideas are more developed than others. What distinguishes successful entrepreneurs from others is their ability to put their idea into practice. Hoover recommends five steps to achieve this entrepreneurial success through learning how to become an entrepreneur. Each key step includes different aims such as previous research, observation, trial and error, conversation and thinking.
