Brain Mechanisms in Creativity

New Media  | 16 de noviembre de 2012  | Vistas: 236

Arne Dietrich explains that there are different types of creativity, as well as brain mechanisms: some are related to knowledge and memory, and others to diverse cognitive processes, which can be intentional and unintentional, depending also on the domain that people are being creative in. Finally, he mentions the main characteristic in creative people, which is obsession, and comments that the most amount of progress in the study of creativity has been accomplished in personality and social psychology.
