Free Market Revolution

New Media  | 07 de agosto de 2013  | Vistas: 135

Yaron Brook, director of the Ayn Rand Institute, explains why Capitalism and Free Markets work. Brook starts his presentation talking about Hong Kong and its economic model, contrasting their successful story to Greek crisis. He also suggests how through capitalism, current economic problems such as the debt crisis, the imminent inflation, anti-business regulations can be tackled. He also analyses the big challenge that all free markets defenders have to face against the arguments and rejection of this philosophy due to the misconception and misunderstanding of its philosophical basis.

Brook also cites the work of Ayn Rand who dedicated her life to study Capitalism and Objectivism philosophy and the clarification of the concepts: sacrifice, selflessness and selfishness.
