Joel Putnam is an architectural designer and professor. He has worked in the building industry for 24 years, Joel is a licensed professional engineer in both Kansas and Missouri, he also is a certified commissioning professional, by the Building Commissioning Association. 

He has an interest in developing and using tools to be more efficient and create productive systems for new and existing facilities. Joel has extensive experience in systems design and peer reviews, MEP(Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) construction and coordination, functional testing, troubleshooting, operations, and proactive maintenance.
