Robin D. Hanson

Robin D. Hanson is an associate professor at George Mason University and Research Associate in Future of Humanity Institute at Oxford University. He has written numerous publications and short essays that contain a lot of his researches and thoughts about economics, health care, law enforcement, and more. Hanson has received various awards, as Alfred P. Sloan Dissertation Fellowship in 1996, Global Idea Bank Web Social Innovations Award in 1996, among others. He holds a B.S. in physics from the University of California at Irvine, a M.S. in physics and a M.A. in Conceptual Foundations of Science from the University of Chicago, and a Ph.D. in social science from California Institute of Technology (Caltech).
