George Gilder congratulated UFM’s Honor Graduates this past May. During this ceremony, Gilder spoke of UFM as a leader in the study and teaching of economics, an exceptional university where the following axiom: “wealth is knowledge, knowledge is wealth”, comes true on a day-to-day basis. As Gilder explains, economic expansion can be defined as learning, and over the years, UFM has served as a beacon of growth for students across the country. Here, there is always something new to learn, even for someone as knowledgeable as Gilder, who visited this past year. He concluded by congratulating the students for their success in this garden of learning, where they are now harvesting their well-deserved efforts, and moving on to new and promising paths.
