Declan Ganley talks about how his interest in telecommunications emerged and shares his early steps in entrepreneurship and the personal experiences that inspired him to work in the field. He comments on his work during Hurricane Katrina, where Rivada Networks helped improve communications between emergency response organisations. Ganley explains the part telecom can play in liberty and free market economics and his motivations to found the Libertas Institute.
