Philip Harding, cofounder and CEO of Impact Junkie, shares some of his framework that will explain the answers to the following questions: what is impact entrepreneurship?, how you can save lives through this?, how it connects with who you are?, what you are meant to solve on this planet with the limited days that you have?.

Entrepreneurship is not just something that makes money. It's more about how we solve problems”. – Philip Harding

Philip says that in the world there are millions of problems and once people realize that these big needs are right next to them or on the other side of the world, there are three options to take: the first one is to spiral into deep depression because of the feeling of guilt or just overwhelmed; the second one is to block it out and go on putting these things aside; or the third one is to do something about it, be the solution, because sometimes the problem is not the problem, it's us.

Harding encourages people to realize what they have been given. He shares the experiences, journeys, ups and downs, and comments that all he wants is to inspire people to start a business that helps millions of people. In order to start this type of entrepreneurship, Philip says that there are two views to define entrepreneurship: the first one is the nice stuff like helping people, charity, or giveaways. The second one is the ventures, business, education, industry, or investing. These two views combined will redefine entrepreneurship.

Do more with what you've been given. Start something that changes lives”. – Philip Harding

Where to begin? In order to start an entrepreneurship, Philip explains that we have to answer the following questions: What are you meant to solve? What is your heart is leading you to do? This is fundamental, because gives you a purpose and a reason to keep going in those dark days on this entrepreneur journey. Otherwise they will be just working for money, and that has no cause. At some point they will not have a reason to keep going.

People want to be part of something that is really changing the world”. – Philip Harding
