Zac Bookman describes how he became an entrepreneur developing anticorruption and transparency software for government agencies. He explains that OpenGov.com’s platform maps an agency’s spending and revenue data to its organizational structure, allowing officials and the public to see how taxpayer money is spent. Finally, he talks about the tools OpenGov will provide in the near future, including tracking personnel data and allowing agencies to compare spending.
