In this interview, Suzanne Mancillas explains the role and importance of libraries within a society. Mancillas also describes the reference services available for the library users. She explains assistance techniques, such as outreaching, designed for people who cannot physically go to a library. She comments on the impact that technology has had on them presently, and explains the numerous new tools available, that make searching for data much easier for everyone.
